There exists a number of Standard Land Administration Data Models which provide standards for the definitions and structure for Land Administration data. This paper presents a customized Land Administration Domain Model (LADM) in the past known as Cadastral Core Domain Model (CCDM) for Tanzania Land tenure setting. The model is rich in that it uses both event based and state based modeling approach. The study is a case study based one, informed by quantitative data. Quantitative evidence was gathered through interviews, questionnaire and documentary information; Soft System Methodology (SSM), Unified Modeling Language (UML) and their respective tools were used in the requirement elicitation
