This study sought to investigate the effectiveness of extension services in supporting small-scale farmers to respond to climate variability in Kitui rural sub-county, Kenya. Specifically, the study aims to assess the contribution of agricultural technologies, to evaluate the role of capacity building and also to examine the role of infrastructure in supporting small scale farmers respond to climate variability.
