In this age of globalization, businesses are aggressively expanding into international markets. The purpose of this research is to identify the key factors that affect the internationalization of Ethiopian engineering consultants. A sequential mixed method of research design was made use of. Quantitative data was collected and the findings then used as the basis for qualitative in-depth interviews. Of the six levels, all 81 Category I and II consultants were selected to form the sample group.
