This paper aims to establish if corporate governance (CG) is an essential tool in getting good firm and employee performance in Econet Zimbabwe (EZ). This company has one of the top call-center services in the Zimbabwe that have multiple branches nationwide. In terms of method and data collection, this paper predominantly used literature reviews (desk research) and quantitative research method, twenty one (21) respondents from Econet Masvingo were asked to answer questionnaires that were divided into dependent and independent variables: firm performance, employee performance, coaching and mentoring.
