High education institutions have been growing rapidly on the last two decades. This can be down to the policy which allowed private parties to own their own high education institutions. However, despite of this speedy growth, the sector have been experiencing abundance number of challenges, in Tanzania this is not well documented, as few literatures have been documented, and not to high depth that one can acquire enough knowledge on the phenomenon.
