The grand promise of quality health care service delivery in public management is to enable public sector organizations manage the interrelationships and interconnectedness between the various internal and external organizational factors for the purpose of improving the quality of life of residents and promoting 'public value'. Good health services are those which deliver effective, safe, quality personal and non-personal health interactions to those that need them, when and where needed, with minimum waste of resources.
