Transactional sex puts people young adults at higher danger of constricting sexually transmitted infections (STIs, including HIV/AIDS). The research seeks examines transactional sex, factors leading to the involvement in value-based sex and its related health implications. The study adopted the quantitative approach. Data were collected utilizing a systematic sampling technique of 150 respondents in various colleges in KNUST through questionnaires.
