Leadership Ambidexterity As A Tool For Employee Empowerment In The Nigerian Civil Service
Ambidexterity is a concept that is coined to direct the organization’s members to act a little to the right and little to the left. The main objective of the study was to determine if there is significant relationship between ambidextrous leadership and the empowerment of subordinates for leadership succession in the Nigerian Civil Service. The methodology adopted involved the use of a structured questionnaire administered to 100 staff of the Taraba State Civil Service Commission. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Co-efficient (r) and the t-test were used to test the hypotheses.
