Use Of Information And Communication Technologies Among Youth Farmers In Sokoto State, Nigeria
The study analysed the use of ICTs among youth farmers in three selected Local Government Area of Sokoto State, Nigeria. Two-stage sampling procedures were used to select 120 respondents and data were collected through questionnaire administration and interview schedule. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics and Pearson Moment Product Correlation (PPMC). Findings of the study reveal that majority (92.5%) of the respondents were male within the age range of 30 and 35. Most available ICT facilities were radio (99.9%), mobile phone (86.7%) and television (73.3%).
