Examine The Moderating Effect Of Gender On The Employees Performances In The Public Sector (evidence From Ghana)
The study examined the moderating effect of gender on the level of motivation and the level of employees' performance in the public sector of Ghana. A sample size of four hundred (400) respondents was chosen from selected Ministries, Departments and Agencies to present a reasonable coverage. The research approach adopted for this study was quantitative method. Data sources used were obtained from primary sources through questionnaires .Stratified and simple random samplings were used. Descriptive statistical and Structural equation models (SPSS version 21) were used for data analysis.
