This study was carried out in Nandi, Kenya to establish the practices of Knowledge codification and challenges faced by extension agents in the process. The study was based on the intellectual capital model which recognizes employee, organizational and clientele interactions in knowledge value-creation. Frequencies and measures of correlation were generated using IBMs' SPSS software version 20. Findings indicate a low utilization of modern technology in codification.
