Egg Hatch Ofmeloidogyne Incognita Exposed To Moringa Root And Leaf Aqueous Extracts
Meloidogyne incognita is a serious pest in the tropics that attacks several crops, leading to significant damage to these crops. The objective of this Laboratory study was to investigate egg hatch of M. incognita exposed to aqueous root and leaf extracts of Moringa (Moringa oleifera) plant at five (5) concentrations (0%, 10%,25%,50% and 100%). The study design employed was the completely randomized design (CRD), with ten (10) treatment combinations replicated three times. The experimental setup was observed daily for 14 days. Research data was squared root transformed and subjected to analysis of variance.
