This study examines students' satisfaction with hostel facilities in Kano University of Science and Technology, wudil, Kano State, Nigeria. A multi stage sampling technique was employed where stratified random sampling was used in the first instance, to select hostel blocks and rooms for both male and female student in the campus. A systematic random sampling was employed to select a sample of 250 respondents (students) including 177 male and 73 female. This sample was selected from the population of 9672 registered students in 2015/2016 academic session, consisting of 8445 male (87.3%) and 1227 female (12.7%).
