The study identified various forms of forest flora food resources exploited and utilized by rural households in Benue State, Nigeria. Purposive sampling technique was used to collect data from 300 eligible respondents through the use of 3-stage sampling method. It was evident from the result of the study that forest flora foods resources like vegetables and mushroom exploited and utilized in a boiled locally processed forms by the respondents (70.0%) and (60.0%) respectively. Fruits were utilized in a raw non-processed form (80.0%) while nuts (50.0%) were utilized by the respondents. Download
