Social media presently has become very popular and ineludible. Most undergraduates spend ample time engaging in social media activities and appear addicted to these platforms. This, however, has aroused curiosity and concerns, as to the effects of these social media trends among undergraduates to their reading habit. Thus, this study examined the influences of social media on Nigerian undergraduates' reading habit and academic performances. Questionnaire was the instrument of data collection.
