This study's purpose is to examine the types, causes and management strategies of occupational stress among the staff of Peki College of Education. The study area was Peki College of Education (CoE). Purposive sampling technique was used in selecting 34 staff members of the College. Self-constructed survey Questionnaire was used for data collection. The questionnaire was structured into four main sections including participants' Background information, Causes of occupational stress, Types of occupational stress suffered and Management strategies of occupational stress practiced by the staff.
