This survey investigated the impact of program administration competencies on the execution and success of government-funded programs, with a specific focus on Burundi Road Agency. The main objective was to examine how program administration skills do influence the fulfillment of government-funded programs within the agency. The survey aimed to achieve this objective by exploring the effects of communication competencies, cost management competencies, and risk management dexterity on the execution of government-funded projects.
