Women remain persistently underrepresented in sports leadership in Nigeria despite their qualifications. This study examined how organisational culture, gender relativism, and religious stereotyping predict the perception of the glass ceiling among staff of the Oyo State Sports Council. Using a descriptive correlational research design, data were collected from 120 administrative, coaching, and technical staff through questionnaires.
