The Intend reason of this study is to uncover the adoption of mobile-learning in an institute of higher learning: a case study of north eastern Nigeria. The Data were collected using a structured questionnaire administered to Students through Google doc. and random sampling technique was used to select the respondents for the study. Descriptive statistics, percentage and chi-square were used in analyzing data while the total number of population (respondents) used in the research were one hundred and forty four (144).The research identified that lack of technological infrastructure, high cost of bundles, low level of awareness of the technology, lack of stable power supply
