Today employees seek job opportunities in organizations where they feel justice and fairness. Also there are a large number of studies emphasizing higher performance and efficiency among more committed employees, which encourage organizations to recognize influential factors on their employees' organizational commitment and organizational change in order to increase employees' commitment. The aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of organizational justice and commitment among auditors in Audit Organization and CPA firms.
