And Employee Career Development In Star-rated Hotels In Nairobi City County, Kenya
This study generally aimed at establishing the influence of organizational dynamics on employee career development in the hotels. The precise objectives were; to investigate the effect of job autonomy, task competencies, and organizational support on employee career development in star-rated hotels in Nairobi City in Kenya. Theory of Work Adjustment informed this study which adopted a quantitative approach guided by the logical positivism paradigm. This research used explanatory and descriptive research designs. The population surveyed consisted of 3,114 employees obtained from 10-star rated hotels in Nairobi City County.
