The study assessed the digital information literacy of teachers in public secondary schools in Osun State. It determined the influence of digital information literacy on work engagements of the teachers. The interaction effect of sex on the influence of digital information literacy on work engagement of the teachers was also determined. The study adopted descriptive survey research design. Three hundred and sixty-five ESL teachers were selected from all the public secondary school teachers in the State using multistage sampling procedure. DILWEQ was used for data gathering.
