Managing The Integration Of Learners With Learning Barriers In The Mainstream Rural Primary Schools
This paper seeks to explore effective strategies that could be used to manage the integration of learners with barriers to learning in rural primary schools. Pragmatism underpinned the study, and a mixed-method methodology approach was adopted to pursue the study objectives. The theory grounding this study is the Bronfenbrenner's Biological Model. Bronfenbrenner's bio-ecological model is a theory of educational psychology that looks at human development over time The sample comprised 144 respondents, with completed questionnaires being 137 which equaled 95.1 % of total questionnaires sent out.
