Two hundred and ten (210) structured questionnaires which comprised three sections (A, B and C) were distributed to selected fast food/restaurants in G.R.A Phase II, Rumuogba and Trans-Amadi Industrial Layout. A 4-point Likert scale was used to score the customers’ food preferences and factors that influence food preferences. The sample population was chosen at random. One hundred and ninety one
