Teachers are key component to improving quality education in any education system. Hence, when Kenya assumed its status of independence in 1963 , it began its journey of expanding the teacher training. The expansion paid off well since all the public schools have now all teachers trained. The quality of teachers from teacher training college cannot be guaranteed.
