E-Commerce and various internet-based platforms has become one of the major tools for promoting and improving sales in the hotel businesses of today. With a rapidly increasing population of internet users coupled with changing trends in information sources for hospitality customers, the study seeks to explore the opportunities made available by e-commerce for the growth of the hospitality industry.
The study used cluster and simple random sampling procedures to gather information from respondents from the study area. Outcome of the study shows that majority of hotels are aware of the importance of adopting e-commerce as a medium of improving service delivery. Download
