Application Of Homotopy Analysis Method To Painleve’s Equation 1
Homotopy analysis method (HAM) is a semi-analytic method developed to solve linear and non-linear problems. In this paper, HAM is applied to a nonlinear problem of Painleve’s equation 1. HAM provides us with a convenient way to control the convergence of approximation series. It gives approximate analytical solutions which are of comparable accuracy to other semi-analytic methods.
