This research confirms the significance and position of operations managers in the companies of the Republic Macedonia. In this research interviews and observation protocols of top managers, line managers and employees are used and through analysis are obtained the necessary tasks, activities and responsibilities of operations managers. Successful operation manager should have the technical ability in his particular area which is located between the top management and subordinates (line management and employees). If you take into account that this type of research is not so far conducted in the territory of Macedonia, the benefits and value of the research are multiple.
