Flour milling business provides a popular food ingredient to many Kenyan households and employment to a sizeable population both directly and indirectly. Assessment of occupational safety and health hazards in 11 flour milling companies in Nairobi-Kenya registered by the Directorate of Occupational Safety and Health Services was done.
