This article is a critical analysis on the relationship between teaching of Life Skills and psychological behavior of learners. The government of Kenya introduced the teaching of Life Skill Education as a non-examinable subject in secondary schools in 2008.This was to equip learners with life skills of making positive decisions, thinking creatively and be able to solve problems in order to live a healthy lifestyle.
