An Analysis Of Retrenchment On Survivor's Performance
The study sought to determine whether or not retrenchment has an effect on the performance of survivors for a life assurance company. A case study research methodology was used in the study. The research established that retrenchment has an adverse effect on the performance of survivors. It is recommended that survivors must be continuously trained to guarantee consistent performance at both individual and organisational levels. Further research is proposed on alternatives that organisations can adopt than retrenching.DownloadViews: 57
