The study assessed environmental compliance of facilities in Minna-Niger State, Nigeria. The objectives were to: determine the extent of environmental compliance of service facilities, identify the various forms of environmental enlightenment and examine the synergy between the environmental regulators (NESREA and NISEPA). Systematic random sampling was used in selecting facilities, while purposive random sampling was adopted in selecting respondents from each facility.
