This study was designed to test the practical application of F. W. Taylor’s scientific management theory in the management and administration of the University for Development Studies. As members of staff of the University, we used the participant observer approach to collect data. Based on the facts gathered, we concluded that Taylorism is still relevant and applicable to the resolution of management challenges in the twenty-first century. Download
