In today’s world organizations, exit process is as important as entry. Lots of people come in daily and many people leave the organization. While process to be followed is one thing that makes one person create some perception in mind, the experiences of the employee during his tenure in the organization are one more. In this paper, we tried to find out various factors that forms experience of person in the company made him draw conclusions about the organization and in turn how this is going to effect his attitude towards the organization.
