The main focus of this study was to examine the cultural and social factors influencing students’ response to guidance and counseling services provided in primary teacher training colleges (TTCs) in Migori county, Kenya. The youth in primary TTCs face a lot of problems and challenges as this is the developmental stage which coincides with tremendous changes in their process of career formation and social growth.
