Employable Skills And Attitudes Required By Employers From Accounting Graduates: A Case Study Of Selected Companies In Koforidua Municipality Of Ghana
This research work was conducted to ascertain the professional skills and the personal skills/attitudes that are required by employers from accounting graduates at the work environment. The survey was conducted in Koforidua in the New Juabeng Municipality, Ghana. The questions were categorized into two main groups: attitudinal and professional skills. SPSS was used to analyze the data. The results indicate that all the attitudinal skills variables and professional skills variables selected are important to the employer, therefore it should not be overlooked by educators, graduates and curriculum developers.
