This study assesses the various conflict management strategies that the staff of the University of Cape Coast library employed to manage conflict situations and how effective these strategies helped to manage the occurrence of conflict. The study employed descriptive research design and used questionnaire to collect data from 64 respondents who were drawn from the various sections and units of the library.
