The main objective of this research is to assess the effect of performance appraisal on employee job performance at National Trust Holding Company (NTHC), Koforidua and Hohoe with a view to making constructive recommendations. The studies also aimed at assessing the relevance of performance appraisal to the management of NTHC and determine the challenges associated with the performance appraisal system at NTHC, Koforidua and Hohoe.
