This expands on the previous paper which presented application of Markov analysis to the progression of male pupils in Kenyan Primary schools. The paper now presents the progression of the female pupils in Kenyan public primary schools. Data from Central Province, North Eastern Province and nationally was analyzed. Data for the years 2003/2004 was used to develop the models and data for the year 2010/2011 was used to evaluate those models. Data for each region was analyzed separately.
