The study investigated the effect of Entrepreneurship Management on Continuous Improvement Sustainability in selected Agro based Industries in Rivers State, Nigeria. The study used data obtained from a survey of 254 employees from the selected organizations. Sample was drawn by convenience. Instruments used for data collection were questionnaires and oral interview. 206 copies were retrieved out of the 254 representing 81.10%, and all of which were deployed for further data analysis.
