The application of ICT in educations helps the school community to learn and perform as expected in the 21st Century. This paper offers a detailed review of related literature which presents the identified challenges to inclusion of ICT into secondary school curriculum with particular reference to public secondary schools in Adamawa State, Nigeria. Based on the findings of this paper, secondary school teachers are craving strongly for the integration of ICT into the secondary school curriculum.
