The study was a critical examination of the economic costs of poor public awareness of the dangers of ozone layer depletion in Nigeria and the marketing communications implications. The research objectives included to: ascertain the level of awareness of the Nigerian public to the existence of ozone layer depletion, the dangers of ozone layer depletion, the economic impact of ozone layer depletion, global warming and greenhouse effects and the effect of marketing communications’ as public awareness campaign tools for redressing that. Survey design was adopted for the study. The scope embraced transporters, farmers, industrialists and family units in Cross River State, Nigeria. Re Download
