Benefits Derived From Yam Minisett Technology (ymt) Utilisation By Farmers In Two Senatorial Districts In Kogi State, Nigeria
Yam Minisett Technology (YMT) apart from alleviating scarcity of seed-yam has some other inherent benefits. This field investigation was conducted in order to determine the benefits derived from YMT utilisation by farmers in Kogi State. Multistage random sampling procedure was used first to randomly select Western and Eastern Senatorial districts. Thereafter, Kabba/Bunu LGA was randomly selected from the west where five villages were selected while Omala LGA was selected from the east where six villages were also randomly selected.
