Malaria remains a serious health problem in Anambra State despite the distribution of free insecticide treated nets (ITNs) to household by the State Government. The aim of this study was to determine maternal use of insecticide treated nets (ITNs) for the prevention of malaria among under- five children in Anambra State, Nigeria. A sample size of 1,596 was randomly selected through multi stage sampling from a population of 31,920 mothers who have children below five years in their household.
