Recent media reports have implicated on sexual abuse and malpractices in schools. Despite the various laws that criminalize sexual malpractices, reports on sexual abuse are not ending any time soon. Schools are reported to be the second highest after the family set-up where children are sexually abused. Hence, this study sought to investigate the status of sexual malpractices in Kenyan secondary schools.
