Educational resources play a very important role in facilitating teaching and learning as well as affording students’ places in schools. Several studies have revealed that resources are inadequate in secondary schools in Kenya which may be contributing to the transition and enrolment challenges. The demand for secondary schools has kept on rising from year to year especially after the introduction of FPE in 2003 and has never been fully met.
