A general observation has indicated that various recruitment procedures are used in the recruitment of employees in Isiolo County government. The study sought to determine the effect of mode of attracting target employees on job performance of workers in Isiolo County. This study adopted a descriptive design. The location of the study was Isiolo County, Kenya. The target population for this study was 806 employees working in Isiolo county government. The study used a sample size of 260. It was established that the method used to advertise for county positions significantly affect job performance of the employees. Download
