Determinants Of Sales Force Satisfaction In The Nigerian Banking Industry
This study investigated the Determinants of Sales Force Satisfaction in the Nigerian Banks. The objectives of the study include: to assess the factors that determine satisfaction/dissatisfaction in Nigerian Banking Industry and to ascertain job commitment level of the dissatisfied bank sales force. Survey [Qualitative] research design was used for this study. Six banks were selected for study. Altogether 18 salespeople (3 from each bank) were individually interviewed. Convenience sampling techniques was used for selecting the respondents. The reliability of the instrument was ascertained by using examination of data trustworthiness through credibility, conformability and consistency criterio
