This study investigated the Determinants of Sales Force Satisfaction in the Nigerian Banks. The objectives of the study include: to assess the factors that determine satisfaction/dissatisfaction in Nigerian Banking Industry and to ascertain job commitment level of the dissatisfied bank sales force.
