Effects Of Supplementing Groundnut Hay With Varying Proportions Of Sorrel (hibiscus Sabdariffa) Seed Meal And Maize Bran On The Performance Of Balami Sheep
The study was conducted to determine the Effects of Supplementing Graded Levels of Sorrel (Hibiscus sabdariffa) Seed Meal and Maize Bran on the Performance of Balami Sheep. Sixteen (16) Balami rams with average weight of 25±1 Kg were used for the study. The rams were grouped into four and randomly allocated to four dietary treatments in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). They were fed groundnut hay ad libitum as basal diet and supplemented with 400g mixture of sorrel seed meal (SSM) and maize bran (MB).
