The study was descriptive and cross-sectional in nature which used a sample size of 300 women of reproductive age as respondents. The participants were selected based on purpose, convenience and their availability. The aim of the research was to explain and predict the knowledge of women of reproductive age in the Amansie West District on Urinary Tract Infection. The study revealed high awareness (220 respondents representing 73.3%) of the respondents about UTI. Also, 36.7% representing 110 of the respondents indicated that, mass media was the main source of information about the disease. Interestingly, however, the quality of the knowledge on UTI was poor.
